  • Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock.

  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of checkout.

3. Payments and GST

  • We accept payments via [UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking].

  • All prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your sensitive card information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Dispatch: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery: Estimated delivery times vary by location. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

  • Window: Returns or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Replecaments/Exchangs will be delivered within 5-7 working days.

  • Condition: Clothes must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Non-Returnable: For hygiene reasons, certain items (like innerwear or masks) may not be eligible for return.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including T-shirt designs, logos, images, and text, is the sole property of Mega Computers and Multi Solutions. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mega Computers and Multi Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the invoice value of the product purchased.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar), Maharashtra.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
